Our Cancellation Policy

All customers who make a booking with BCHire.com accept the terms and conditions here written, known as our “cancellation policy” subject to our standard terms and conditions and our hire agreement.
We understand that sometimes, for one reason or another you have to cancel your booking. With that in mind our cancellation policy is detailed below.
For Personal Customers:
Free of Charge Cancellations:
1. If it rains on your hire day and you call us to cancel before 8am, we’ll cancel your booking free of charge and release you from any obligation to pay for that booking.
2. If you cancel your order within 7 days of receiving a confirmation email, you may cancel free of charge. We will release you from any obligation to pay for that booking.
Cancellation fees:
The following cancellation fees are payable under the following circumstances:
1. If you place an order then cancel it 7 or more days after the booking was confirmed but more than 48 hours after the delivery is due to take place, 30% of the order value will be due.
2. If you place an order then cancel it between 48 hours and twenty four hours before delivery is due to take place, 50% of the order value will be due.
3. If you place an order then cancel it less than 24 hours before delivery is due to take place, 100% of the order value will be due.
4. If we arrive to deliver your inflatable on your hire day, but are unable to set it up due to an insufficent space being provided (see full terms and conditions for full description of sufficent spaces) 100% of the order value will be due.
5. You accept that any fees due owing to cancellation may be automatically debited from the credit or debit card which you use when placing the order.
For Business Customers (including schools, charities and any other non-personal organisation) :
Cancellations Fees:
1. If it rains on your hire day and you call us to cancel before 8am, 50% of the order value will be due.
2. If you place an order then cancel at any time, with exception of the situation set out in clause 1, 100% of the order value will be due.
