We’re hoping that ‘Blogging’ (if that’s the expression?) is the new way of keeping in touch with our new and existing customers, keeping you up to date with what’s new and our special offers and listening to your feedback through your comments… We’ll also let you know of anything exciting we’re up to, and tell you about any exciting events where you can meet us!

For those who don’t know what BCHire.com do or who we are, here it is in one simple line: “BCHire.com are London’s favourite Bouncy Castle hire company offering Bouncy Castles, Inflatable Slides, Sumo Suits, Bungee Runs and anything else which is fun and inflatable”. We deliver, collect and set up all over and around London from our base in Bexley. We serve small birthday parties through to summer events for thousands of people, with prices as low as £55 for a day’s hire!

This is our second year hiring Bouncy Castles and this year alone we’ve served over 212 customers from our range of over 25 new, insured and safety certified inflatables. We think we’ve built ourselves quite a reputation, at least our customers say so. Survey results already recorded by constant contact this year show that over 93% of customer who answered questions in our survey said they were either “satisfied” or “highly satisfied with our service.

In fact, we asked customers to rate factors of our service on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being fantastic and 5 being awful. We scored 1.6 or better in all areas, with the vast majority of customers rating our customer service, professionalism, quality and cleanliness of inflatables, promptness and price as fantastic!
